Faint Line on Clearblue Manual Test

Hello, I am quite new and need help :) I am currently a week late and tried pregnancy test and I see super faint line on Clear blue but negative on First Response.. So I don't know what to think ?? I sometimes feel sick for a moment and I'll be okay. I also have white milky discharge and also clear discharge too .. what do you think experienced mums ? *

Hi, I think at a week late you’d expect to have a obvious line. However I’ve recently learnt (from Mumsnet) that all tests are not equal, the consensus is that clear blue are rubbish are give a lot of false positives! Are you sure you’ve got your dates right? Maybe get a frer and try that?

Thanks for your reply Hun x Yeah normally I see my period on 24th every month but I haven't seen my period at all on March and both clear blue shows up very super faint positive I don't know why my period hasn't come at all

Sometimes when your period doesnt show it can be because youre run down or have been ill, ive had that a few times. But being a week late should show a strong positive if you are pregnant. Its so frustrating i had the same problem in december, my period was almost three weeks late, theres really not alot you can do x

I know Hun, and actually I don't want a baby at the moment because I am getting married on September but my period is quite late and so worried. I don't have any health issues and no big stresses at all. But as you said if I was pregnant the line was probably show up bold and very positive I am gonna wait for a week and if its not come, gonna go to GP

It’s a strange one. They usually say any line faint or bold is a positive reading. I found out early on and had a faint line but even a week after missed period it was still faint. I would say you’re pregnant but leave it a couple days and do another test.

Yeah I searched a lot on internet and they say faint line is positive too but the weird thing is I only see faint line on Clear blue. I've just stopped testing now and waiting for my period

That’s odd. I’d leave it a couple days and re-test. If you’re worried go to gp and get blood test.

Get a cheap Boots own test (pink lines) in a couple of days and try again. I was worried about false positives, but generally speaking they are rare, even with clear blue.
