Morning sickness getting worse before disappearing?

I've had nausea since I was about 4-5 weeks pregnant. I started vomiting at 13 weeks, I'm now 14+2 and have been unable to eat proper meals for about a week and have been sick three times over the past week. My sister said her nausea got worse before disappearing, something to do with hormones peaking around 16 weeks? Has anyone else got experience of this? After 10 weeks of feeling queasy and now vomiting it's hard to imagine it will actually go away again... Not sure what I want from this post, I'm just getting a bit fed upSad

I read your message earlier and ignored it as my nausea was going away (or so I thought)... but omg it came back with a vengeance on a flight to Spain this afternoon! I threw up around 6 or 7 times - it was awful. I'm 14 weeks today and had only been sick once up until now. Fingers crossed we both feel better soon - what a pain!! Anyway I remembered your post mid-vomit so thought I'd better reply once I made it to the hotel!

Oh no, that sounds rubbish! I flew at 8 weeks and was alright, but I'm quite happy I don't have any other flights planned until I'm 19 weeks... Yes, let's hope it disappears soon for both of us! Your due date is 1st October I suppose? Less than 6 months leftSmile
