As per the title really.
I'm really not sleeping well. I'm struggling to get to sleep at night and I'm waking between 4-4:30 every morning. I'm not stressed or worried about anything, I just can't sleep! I've tried to sleep during the day yesterday and today just because I can (I usually work but I'm off for the Easter weekend with no major plans) and that's been a struggle too. Yesterday I managed about half an hour, today absolutely nothing but I'm exhausted.
Sleep is something that concerns me, I've had major sleep issues in the past due to periods of poor mental health so I take sleep hygiene quite seriously and do a lot of the standard recommended things already.
Has anyone found anything that helps them?
