Eeeek my boobs just leaked!

Hi all,
I'm a total newbie, so slightly freaked out by everything. 23 weeks preg and my boobs just leaked a little bit. It's the first time it's happened. It was in the early hours of the morning and was only a small amount. Lots of questions!! Is it likely to happen often from now on? Will it be at similar times? Should I start wearing breast pads from now on?

It might keep happening. I had to start wearing breast pads at around a similar time. I usually leaked during the night too.
