I'm after a pregnancy-birth guidebook type thing. What would you recommend for a first timer?

Hey I’m a first timer too, my mums old school and likes getting books for everything she got me the 2018 pregnancy annual. I’m actually finding it so much more useful then any of the apps.

I didn’t really read any pregnancy books as I spent most of the 9 months vomiting but I did read Baby Calming by Caroline Deacon and found it very useful.

If you are chosing books, I’d look for ones written by someone who has had a baby and make sure they are evidence based.

Kellymom have a useful list of books to avoid too Smile

How to grow a baby and push it out by Clemmie Hooper is brilliant.
