Early scan- how far pregnant?

Hi,

I took a pregnancy test on 23rd March which came back positive. I was worried as I had had a missed miscarriage 2 months earlier (19th Jan) so I went to my Doctors who managed to get me an early scan on 27th March. They did the vaginal scan and took my bloods. The scan didn't show anything at all but my bloods came back at about 1900. They re-booked me in for a second scan on the 29th March and did the same procedure. A scan and bloods. This time there were a tiny little blob on the screen which wasn't there two days earlier. The nurse said it was the sac. On the sceen looked like two little blobs but the nurse said that it looked like blood. My second blood test came back at 3900. I have 3 questions:

1. How far along do you think I am?
2. If it is blood in my uterus is that safe?
3. Is it possible that the 'two blobs' were in fact twins? It didn't cross my mind to ask when I was in there but only once I came out I though perhaps it could be twins.

If just a blob and no feral pole or yolk sac then I'd say really early about 4/5 weeks perhaps

My little bean who's sleeping now looked like two little blobs at the beginning I was about 6/7 weeks then xx

Also your levels have risen nicely so that's very reassuring xx
