Multiple first trimester scans

Hi

I had a miscarriage last year and was so happy to be pregnant again.

I was so nervous and paranoid a lot of the time. I kept thinking my symptoms were getting less All the time.

I ended up having 4 reassurance scans and a further 2 because of bleeding all before I got to the 12 week mark.

Now I’m worried I might have done harm to the baby. I read somewhere that multiple first trimester scans can cause autism.

Super worried about bubba now.

Has anyone had many first trimester scans and their baby is ok?

I had multiple first trimester scans due to recurrent miscarriages the science shows it reduces the risk apparenrly. I'm also to have 2 weekly growth scans from 20 weeks apparently and I don't fully understand why

I’ve had four scans so far and I’m only 12 weeks. X
