Baby measuring 2 weeks smaller

Hi Everyone,

This is my second pregnancy, lost the last one at 8 weeks but never saw the baby as it didn't grow past 6 weeks.

LMP calculations make us 7+6 now.

I had my first scan at 6+0 and the OB said she couldn't see a foetal pole and basically told me if nothing changed in a week to have a D&C. I had a bleed 3 days later that mimicked my last MC so I went to A&E, I had a scan and was told all was good they could see a HB (couldn't measure it as it was too early) they also did bloods (10,400) and said was 6+0 (I was 6+3).

I went back to the OB at 7+3 and got told she could see a baby, actually she saw 2 objects and told me neither had a heartbeat, I asked if it was twins but she said it didn't mean I was having twins and told me to expect a MC. She didn't even ask for bloods!

As I was so confused I asked for a referral to a sonographer (which I saw 3 hours later) the results were a FHB of 84 and a foetal pole measuring at 5+4 weeks (so 2 weeks behind). My uterus was noted as being anteverted, I had a very small subechorionic haematoma and a corpus letueum in my left ovary. She said it was a 50-50 chance of it being ok but then said with the fact that the baby is measuring small and a large yoke sack, slow heart rate (and other issues) she would expect me to MC.

I have decided to wait until 9+4 before I have another scan. Anyone else had a good outcome with these types of complications?
