6 weeks pregnant - yolk sac but can't see fetal pole?

Hi 😊 I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a scan around 6 weeks (I didn't have a period before this pregnancy as I had a miscarriage but going by positive opk - 14 days, I'm 6 w 4d), where they could see a yolk sac but no fetal pole? They saw the yolk sac very clearly through an abdominal scan, then they did an internal scan and still couldn't see much else.

They're not concerned at all and the doctor said had it been a few days later they would have saw it! And I had a scan 6 days ago which then only saw a gestational sac with no yolk sac and they said the gestational sac is also bigger than it was last week which is good.

They have said I have a tilted uterus so I'm hoping that's why they can't see much? it seems that the abdominal scans is showing most than the internal ones. I worry because I had an ectopic pregnancy in August and a miscarriage last month 😟 my symptoms are REALLY strong this time and I constantly feel sick which I hope is good!

I'm going back for another scan in 2 weeks but I'm going to drive myself mad until then 😟

THose early scan are a bit scary as you can’t see much for a while. I know it’s hard, but waiting is all you can do and try and be easy on yourself @chris1989 you will need to just take it easy. Good luck! X

Mine was exactly the same now 4months and everything is looking fine :) don't panic with an eptopic they would have seen it also because they saw the fetal pol it means the baby will be in your uterus which is always a good sign ! If they was worried they would have told you especially as you have had one before xx
