Had a sweep yesterday and I've now got loads of brown discharge never had one before is this a good sign

Tmi too just lost loads of muscus plug with old blood

Yes sounds like you're on the way! I went into labour within a few hrs of losing plug. All the best for a smooth time x

From distant memory the period feeling is normal but if you are worried talk to your midwife - no harm in asking for reassurance.
