Oh I hate them too! Look away, close your eyes and imagine a summer beach in the med! :)

It didn't go as bad as I thought, I did go dizzy afterwards. Glad it's done. Just had to run toilet as soon as I got back though, morning sickness (all day) and needles don't mix
