What's normal movement 28 - 34 weeks?

I'm slap in middle of this at 31+ weeks, baby has no pattern, nothing remotely resembling a pattern either.
I've asked for Hcps advise as to what's normal and when I should get monitored, they can only say if movement changes. Well every bleeding day is different!!!

I also read somewhere last night (American advice) that if you feel less than 10 movements and hour you should be contacting pregnancy assessment, I can probably count on one hand how often I've felt 10 moves in an hour! 1-4 is more normal but so is zero.

So I hoped if a few people at a similar gestation to myself could give me their normal, I might feel less stressed.

Do you have an anterior placenta? I did with my first and there were definite quieter moments.
Pregnant with third now and I can get him to move if I want reassurance he's ok by poking his bottom gently, which I can feel just to the left of my ribs. In general I do feel him each hour at some point, but only since maternity leave started and I'm sitting more. I'm 35 weeks and his movements last week or so are very large and sometimes painful so couldn't not notice. Sometimes a bit earlier on and whilst busy, I definitely didn't notice movements as often.

It's what is normal for you and your baby and on a typical day. If you are ever concerned though, do get checked out

I’m 31+3 and my baby has no pattern. It’s so difficult. I get a couple of quiet days then a few busy days. Quiet mornings, busy evenings. Busy mornings, quiet evenings.
So difficult to judge.
The only thing I've probably noticed is the feelings of movements are stronger now he/she is bigger.

I'm 28 weeks and have an anterior placenta. I felt movement early around 15 weeks but I have only ever felt it very low down - ovaries/bladder area. The pattern is pretty much some movement in the morning and main movement in the evening/night until about 1 or 2 a.m. I would say I'm generally not getting 10 movements an hour either. It would only be when she's very active that I'd be potentially getting that.

I think it is very difficult to monitor but if I am concerned then I drink something very cold and lie down on my left side and see what happens. So far she does not like me drinking very cold liquid or eating ice cream/lollies so I get a punch for that.
