Symptoms seem to have gone ?

Anyone else had this? I'm around 8/9 week still got sore boobs having aches in stomach & back but nausea seems to have gone had it quite bad. The thought of some foods still really don't appeal but should I be worried?

It's my 2nd pregnancy and I can't remember any of this I've never stressed as much in my life been having cramps too have you had any? I have an early scan tomorrow as ended up at the epu yesterday I just can't wait to get though first trimester x
