Hi everyone

I'm 22 weeks pregnant, with my second child. I have an anterior placenta so I know I will feel movements later. I just can't help thinking I should've felt SOMETHING by now, especially as it's my second child so I do know what it should feel like. Every now and then I do think 'Oh was that something', but it doesn't happen again and I couldn't definitively say it was baby and not digestion.

I think the guidance is to see your midwife if you haven't felt anything by 24 weeks? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

I felt e about 20 weeks but I've two friends who felt theirs at 24 and 26 weeks, the latter is a quite petite woman too.

I think it was about 22/23 weeks I started feeling movements with my second , get checked if you are worried but I expect things will change very soon

Ignore my last post, first baby I had an anterior placenta and didn't feel anything till about25 weeks but even towards end of pregnancy I never felt a lot.

I’m 25 weeks with an anterior placenta and have just started feeling baby. Saw midwife today and she said that’s not unusual :)

Thank you so much for responding. I do know that I probably shouldn't worry yet and it is normal, but it's reassuring to hear from others with similar experience. I just need to be patient!
