I feel so awful. I'm vegetarian (well pescatarian - so I eat fish). And I've been having a craving a full English for days.
I just had one with bacon, sausage and everything. Now I feel so bad and like I've let myself and my ethical principles down 😔😢

Aw don’t worry honestly. Your body craves/needs things in pregnancy and sometimes you really have no control! Don’t worry, you haven’t let yourself down. Relax and enjoy this pregnancy Flowers

Growing babies need nutrition!
Cravings are your bodies way of getting what it needs.
It can be more difficult to get b12 through a vegetarian diet - babies need this for their developing brain and nervous system.
Don’t feel bad - you can go back to fully vegetarian once baby is here.
Do you have a meat eating partner who could go veggie for a while to balance things out (ala phoebe from friends)
