Hi all!!
So I'm 32+4weeks and my colostrum has started (was completely out the blue and blew my mind haha) - I find it quite funny actually.
The need for breast pads is definitely on now but I am struggling to wear them without getting itchy nipples/boobs - which is a vicious circle because if I scratch, I cause them to leak more. I used a Lansinoh sample I had and I've been using boots ones too, but they are all so itchy. I also bought some washable ones from amazon and they are the same.
My nipples are obviously pretty sensitive - I've googled a bit and it seems like a common thing. Has anyone got any brands they found better? Or maybe a balm/cream that helped alongside the breast pads?
I'm having to go topless when I can to relieve the feeling (and catch any leakage) which my DH finds most amusing.
