Anyone else get tightness in chest/shortness of breath with Braxton Hicks contractions?

31+4 weeks and getting them very regularly - several times an hour. Not 'painful', so to speak, but always accompanied by a tightness in my chest and shortness of breath. More uncomfortable than anything. Mildly/occasionally frightening, as can cause increased heart rate.

Yes, me! Im 32 weeks now and get BH all the time and my chest goes really tight. Scary when it’s a strong one. Went to hospital to get check for early labour as I was having so many painful ones. Was told all find and it’s just BH and normal to have the tightness in the chest. It sucks but try to stay calm and they pass quicker. Stay hydrated, I’ve found it’s helped to reduce the number and intensity I’m having. Not long now hopefully Flowers
