My first scan isn't until 13+5

Perfectly normal. It would be difficult to accommodate everyone bang on 12 weeks. 14 weeks is the cut off for 12 week scan.

It's fine, that's before the cut off for the screening for certain syndromes. Mine was at 15 weeks because the midwife at my booking in appt didn't 'believe' my dates and wrote what she wanted down.

I had mine at 13+2. It used to be 12 weeks but now it's between 11 and 14 I think my MW said. It was quite annoying but everything was fine

The window for combined screening including nuchal translucency is up to13+6, so if they adjust your dates then this may not be available to you. You would probably then be offered the quad test if you wanted it.

This happened to me. I was worried about what buxbaum said so I ended up having to pay for a private scan (I had anxiety tho and don't know if I would have done this if I wasnt suffering from it at the time) x
