Did your midwife not tell you to call them if you have reduced movement?

You could have a cold drink / lie on your left side for a while I’d suggest ringing your labour ward / maternity unit for advice.

They don’t usually expect a pattern / Minuit until 24 or 28 weeks. They may tell you that baby is still small enough to move around so reduces your ability to feel movement / also depends on placenta. They may off to have you in to check heartbeat etc and office reassurance

It is probably the way baby is laid as still very small but I would call Triage and see what they say, I know in my area they would have had me in but have seen some trusts just say ‘it’ll be fine’.

Drink very cold drink, lay on left side for a couple of hours, have a bath, eat something sweet. Those are the things that made my baby move Smile

Try a really cold drink and lie on your left side. I wouldn't wait long before ringing the hospital given you've had no movements all day though.

Oh i should of said ive already called maternity unit. Im literally waiting for DH to get home in next 15minutes so i don't have to take the DC with me. It was just to try and encourage movements while i wait for him to get home. X

As PP have said, lie on left side, ice cold sugary drink (full fat coke is perfect for this) usually gets baby moving well for me

Glad everything is ok. I'm 24 weeks tomorrow and my baby has been particularly stubborn since Friday! Still moving but much less than usual but I called triage who said as long as I'm feeling something try not to worry as she's probably just moved somewhere more hidden. Yesterday she was having a party in there all day and today she's quieter again so I'm sure they're right.
Would have to say I have been obsessing and stressing myself out ever since!! Thankfully have midwife Wednesday!

Im glad i went yesterday. Like i said i didnt feel anything at all and i was starting to worry. Turns out when i got there little one was being stubborn, thank gods she is ok just being a lazy git but also discovered my blood pressure through the roof. Resting heart rate was elevated. I have protein in my sample. Swelling in my feet and hands. (Everything i assumed was normal pregancy related)even down to the headaches and spotted vision. Anyway after doing a profile for 2 hours everything was still high. Saw community midwife today and everything is still raised above levels that they are happy with so being sent for emergency scan and monitoring in the morning.

Thank you all for your advice. :)
