Feel like I've had a boob job!

Oh my!

My boobs are so sore and so big today!

I thought they were hurting before but this is another level!

Does anyone have good ways to relieve the pain?

I'm the same. When I walk down the stairs they are even sore, I would think a cold compress might help but I'm not sure.

I've put on a loose sports bra which has helped

Good plan @mollymoo0 - my friend hugged me earlier and it was sooo painful!

Same here! You can buy circular hot / cold compresses from Mothercare which even have an open space in the middle for your nipple. I had them when feeding DD1 and they were fab. It sounds mad, but for me gently massaging them sometimes helps.
