Plus size baby bumps

Hi, I'm 16 weeks pregnant, size 22 and 5ft 11inches. I still don't have any sign of a bump and I know I won't cause I'm plus size. But when did other plus sized bumps appear? I'm hoping I'm actually going to look pregnant and not just fat. Tia x

I'm 5ft 4 size 20 and 25 weeks pregnant.. still don't have a bump :( .. just Fat. There's a little bump at the top of stomach (hardened) but my tummy droops so just looks even fatter than before

I'm size 18 and pregnant with twins. Didn't have an obvious bump until 24 weeks. -Although I had grown a fair bit it just wasn't a proud baby bump yet.

Now 30 weeks and massively obvious.

My bump is obv at the top have nice bump but loose skin at the bottom from previous pregnancies.

Is anyone on the injections yet

What injections? Is that for GD?

I did the GTT at 24 weeks and it was negative so need for anything.

Not plus size but didn't get a bump til 25 weeks. 16 weeks is pretty early, esp for a first pregnancy, so don't worry!

In a size 22/24 with my 1st I didn't get a bump till about 33 weeks then it just 'popped' this time I have been feeling huge since about 24 weeks and now at 30 weeks I definitely have one but it's always been a B bump for me!

I'm 5'4 and a size 24 and started to show at 10 weeks, proper bump came around 17 weeks and I'm now 34 weeks and have a stonker and looks like twins (it's just one great big boy though).

I'm an 18. First pregnancy I was a 22 and there was no bump for ages. I was finishing for mat leave and people were still commenting. This was with horrendous hg and I'd lost weight. My sister is a size 10 and she used to say we're growers not showers. 2nd pregnancy. I'm lighter and had an obvious bump from about 25 weeks. I now look like a ship in full sale (33 weeks). Saying that, been in mat clothes for ages, as anything touching my stomach was uncomfortable. Enjoy your bump when it comes. It took ages for me first time to feel the kicks and movements and I think that made it more real.

I am 38+5 (5'3" & size 22) and definitely look pregnant now but have been hidden under a coat all winter so for the most part have just looked gigantic.

Coat aside, I found that wearing maternity clothes and empire lines helped make it more obvious that I was actually pregnant, and recently a pregnancy support belt too.

Im 22 weeks and i was size 18-20 pre-preg and 5ft4 and this is my bump everyones bodies are different and you could just pop overnight

clare the blood thinning injections.
The hosp im at start them around 28weeks if no other probs and have bmi 30+

Ive had to start them earlier bloody 12weeks earlier as ive got inflammation on my joints and need rest

Ps they are to prevent dvt clots

Thankyou everyone for your comments. I'm feeling more relieved and relaxed. I woke up this morning and my bf felt my tummy at the top and said your stomach is starting to go hard, you'll have a bump soon. 🙂 I'm so pleased and excited. Everyone recons I'm gunna have a massive bump. X

Funny @LostMyBaubles my hospital don't do that at all. Although I am on daily aspirin.

Ah I was on aspirin and was taken off to start the injections.

If you do ever start them when you insert the needle into fat take it slow, dont just jab it in it hurts a lot less if you do it slowly unlike how the midwife did it

Thanks for the tip. Never injected anything so would be a total novice.

Hi @Amylouise1993 I'm a size 18 and a slight bump started to show around 17 weeks, more so at 20 weeks but it definitely popped out at 22ish weeks! I'm now 26+5 and look like I'm due any day I had a bit of a tummy before I even fell pregnant, but it was very soft and squishy until 22 weeks when it got harder and it looked like a proper rounded bump.

Here's mine today I was 34wks yesterday. As above I'm normally a size 24 and 5'4ish.
