38 weeks, serious fatigue

I'm 38+3 and have actually been feeling great for this 3rd trimester. Normal amount of energy, bit of nesting etc. Other than a bit of pelvic pain and general discomfort I haven't really been feeling pregnant at all.
That was until yesterday. All of a sudden I feel like I have been hit by a train. I am absolutely EXHAUSTED! Just getting up to make a sandwich is like a Herculean task. I had to nip to the supermarket today to get a couple of bits and it wiped me out so much that I've barely been able to get off the sofa for the rest of the day.
Obviously I know that I'm growing a baby and that baby is getting pretty big now so it's normal to be tired but I'm a little worried that I have gone from feeling normal and having quite a lot of energy to having zero energy so quickly.
My question is do you think I should give the midwife a call and see what she thinks or am I just being over cautious? I will give it until Monday if I do call her any way to see if I feel better. I'm just struggling so much with DD (2 and a half) that I'm thinking if I'm anaemic or something like that then maybe something can be done to help me feel better? I don't want to sound silly calling because I'm tired but it just feels a bit of a drastic change so suddenly.

FLoradix is a natural iron and vitamin supplement may help a bit. Calling midwife may be a good idea and Monday is perfectly reasonable time scale wise.

For now listen to your body, duvet and daytime PJs tomorrow with DD.
You never know this baby may know something and is trying to get you to get some rest before arrival Wink

Ooh I'll have a look at that thank you.
Yes guess I need to listen to my body and just take it easy, feeling the same today so it's been very much a chill out day.
Aah hopefully, that would be nice Grin
