Pregnant and headaches/migraines

Hi, I have been suffering awful headaches since I was about 2 months pregnant. Everyday I got a stabbing headache top right of my head.
I am now 23 + 3 and the last 4 weeks my daily headache became more severe, a constant squeezing at the back of my head, the pain radiating down my neck. Neurologist thinks I am having migraines everyday.
I was not prone to headaches before falling pregnant. Just wondering if anyone else is or has suffered this? It's making my pregnancy miserable ,😢 x

I've been having this!! Not for the past few days but I've had terrible headaches most days for the past couple of months! Sorry I have no advice but if you figure out a miracle cure please do let me know! I'm 23 weeks.

Try cool, & warm, directly on the painful area. I suffer from multiple types of migraine & the hormonal migraines respond well to warmth (a warm shower is bliss) while the hemiplegic ones respond better to cool compresses.

Also, ask your doctor to list what analgesics are safe during pregnancy. I find paracetamol are largely useless but aspirin quite helpful. Obviously check before taking anything though!
Also, ask about topical treatments such as 4head & stick-on cool patches. They can be mildly helpful, & something has to be better than nothing, as long as it's safe.

Aww it's rubbish isn't it. I'm still getting them every day. Neurologist wasn't much help. He's ment to be speaking to my OB about possible medicines but judging from his report it's paracetamol...which does NOTHING 😫 See my OB next week, I'll ask about the headaches again, don't know what else to do.
I will defo try the hot/ cold packs, thanks jozxyqk. Hopefully our headaches go away soon 🤞 x
