39 weeks pregnant sharp lower back pain

I'm 39 weeks pregnant today and I'm having really bad stabbing pains in the lower right of my back, never had any back pains in labour so not sure if it's anything to do with it or not, any advice please

Yeah it was, had nothing today so far, had a few tightenings spread out through the day and some.excruciating pains down below but nothing that makes me think labour is coming soon
