That basically. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and have been (conditionally) offered a new job.
Is my current employer allowed to tell my new employer that I’m pregnant? I’m also currently signed off with severe pregnancy sickness (trying to get the right meds sorted!) so is my employer allowed to disclose this to my new employer?
I wasn’t wanting to tell my new employer until an formal offer had been made - I know nobody can not employ you due to pregnancy but it’s still a worry.
