Ideas for a baby girls bedroom

Not a clue how to decorate my little girls room who is due in 8 weeks any ideas welcome! Her cot and things are white

Have a look on Pinterest there are loads of different styles on there.

We've gone for double blackout blinds inside and outside window area for practicality first. Then some cute kids curtains from Tesco and matching lampshade.

Then we've got stickers for the walls so we can change things easily - the alphabet for one wall, snoozing owls above the cots and a tree with jungle animals for the other.

Otherwise it'll just be their things - toys, bedding etc that make it look like a nursery.

My nieces room was painted pale grey, white furniture and cot. She has amazing pale pink black out curtains that have small stars cut out. So while her room is pretty dark as it gets light her walls and ceiling are scattered with stars.
