Sharp pain

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and yesterday and today I've been having sharp pain and achy feeling in my right breast and nipple is this normal?

I’d say do. I remember getting this kind of beast pain with my second (earlier than 38 weeks, though), and then seeing an increase in my milk. Always ask your midwife though if you’re unsure :).
