Caffeine free energy boosts?

Can anyone recommend any that work? I'm at the point of exhaustion that I just want to curl up and cry!
I can't tell work I'm pregnant for another 6 weeks at least as I am waiting for my permanent contract being confirmed, but it's getting too hard to hide the fact my eyes are hanging out my head with tiredness!
Probably doesn't help that I'm waking 4/5 times a night and struggling to get a good run of sleep!

Going to resort to a bottle of lucozade with lunch today but really trying to keep myself as free of caffeine as I can!

Any suggestions are welcomed and I will gladly try Smile

You can have around 200mg a day of caffeine so a lucozade will be fine,I drink a lot of it,too much to be fair but I love it. Have you tried the vitamin c dissolvable drinks? Not sure if they're an energy source but I swear by them
When I have a hangover xx

Those but you can get them from home bargains for like a pound xx

I had one strong morning coffee a day then lived on orange lucazade and coke. There's barely any caffeine in coke. I definitely had a bit more energy once I got to about 20 weeks

I would just go to bed early (assuming you don’t have small children at home) and have a cup of coffee a day to get you through. Ultimately, that’s probably safer than loading up on sugary drinks. Up to 200mg of caffeine a day on average is perfectly fine, which is 2 coffees a day if you don’t make them super strong. I had at least one a day in all my pregnancies and it was a godsend when I was doing 14 hour days.

Guess I'm being a martyr then by trying to be completely caffeine free! Will try lucozade and a coffee and see how I get on.
I always try to get to bed early but I am an incredibly light sleeper and wake at any noise from my husband or dog walking down the hall or the neighbours downstairs tv.
Hopefully a bit of caffeine a day will help perk me up a bit Smile
