God I hope not. I have a period tracker app and for the past 4 months my cycle has been 23 or 24 days long. I'm now on day 26 and no sign of AF. Took a first response this morning and it was negative, it would definitely have shown up if I was pg wouldn't it? (Pleaseeee)

Not necessarily - you can test too early

I did a negative test. 5 days later was still paranoid as no period, did another test which came back very very positive.

If you still don't have your period in a few more days do another test.

Aw bollocks that is not what I wanted to hear Sad I thought first response showed up early?

Have you been using contraception? If so, I’d say you are probably fine and this cycle is a bit longer. If not I’d be less confident.

99% of the time yes but we did use withdrawal once. Stupid I know.

When was the unprotected sex? Between days 10-16 I’d be a bit uneasy...

I can't remember tbh. Whatever happens, dh is booking a vasectomy.

Grin I hear ya! I wouldn’t let dh sneeze to close to me until we were ready to ttc again (7years after I last endured pregnancy and childbirth!)

I'm not sure about first response but I got tested at the doctors (was there for another reason) and their test came back negative.

That said though, your period could just be late!

I really hope so. I definitely don't want any more and the relief I felt at the negative test this morning really confirmed that.
