Aldi Maternity Leave

Hi,

Does anyone know what the Aldi maternity policy is for managers please (or if it differs by level at all)?

No idea on Aldi, but my company (also retail) do a maternity package of 6 months at almost full salary, but you need to have been with the company for over 18 months. Their maternity package did not differ between roles, but obviously if you had a higher salary you received more.
I guess it will be different depending on the company, can you call/email HR?

Thanks elefunk......I might do, I'll see if anyone else knows, but it's good to know what others do. If I started with them, it's not like I would have one straight away, but I would like one in the next couple of years....

It would be good to know what the culture is like about maternity leave there too, as if it's very much frowned upon, unofficially at least, then it might not be the best thing for me.
