Ive always done research about this as im not entirely sure myself lol. But ive read and heard you are to imagine yourself passing urine then imagine trying to stop the flow whilst clenching but not too much in your buttocks area just try to clench in between and what you should feel are your pelvic muscles. Ive been taught to do these not on the toilet but that was an example how you can locate your pelic muscles. You can do these literally anywhere serveral times a day. Its best to hold for a couple of seconds then let go and so on. Do this 15-20 times 3 times a day. I hope this helps sorry for the essay lol i can type alot and fast too 😂

I downloaded an app called squeezy, I really recommend it - has lots of helpful information and reminds you to do them often :)
