Anyone still not really seem visibly pregnant at 24 weeks? If I put a tight top on it's pretty clear, at least to people at work! I'm a FTM just wondering if it is normal??
Some have said because I used to cycle (mainly up a big steep hill to get to work!) I should have good core muscles and that along side being a FTM may mean it takes longer for me to show??
😘 x

How are you assessing the size of your bump? By looking down I don't feel I look massive (35 weeks) but in side view pictures...he really pops out!

Heatherbaby · 20/03/2018 15:50

Yes it's normal. Especially if it's your first! I wasn't showing at that stage with my first and I went on my baby moon at 7 months and could have gotten away with looking a little chubby on the belly but not pregnant.

Enjoy it hun! I'm on my second pregnancy and I can just tell I'm going to be huge this time!

Katyx3 · 20/03/2018 15:51

Both I guess? Haha I breathe in and it doesn't move but still a bit flabby n squishy?! I'm new to all this and proper panic 😱 x
Not a very good pic I'm afraid! Doesn't stick out much when stood up x

Thanks heather! I was worrying this morning and OH txt me saying is it because you think he/bump is too small? Now I'm worrying that I'm making him worry! Wish I could give myself a break haha x

This was mine at 24+3 yours looks pretty similar! 😊 can totally relate to the squishy! Hes only started getting firmer in the last 2-3 weeks

Foggymist · 20/03/2018 16:02

Looks like a bump to me Confused Once everything is measuring fine at appointments with medical professionals there's nothing to worry about. I didn't look pregnant to strangers until I was 32+ weeks.

MissYeti · 20/03/2018 16:03

For reference this was me last week at 34+1 so don't worry about the size of your bump, not everyone gets huge anyway! A friend of mine didn't look any bigger at 40 weeks than I did at 24 😁

No bump??
Katyx3 · 20/03/2018 16:03

Ahh thanks Yeti
How far are you now?
Yes does look similar to mine! People keep saying he will "pop out" but I'm sure my belly button has got deeper if anything lol x

Thanks foggy!
Midwife app is this time next week so fingers crossed all is well :)
I've borderline personality disorder and everything freaks me, I had approx 2 hours six mins sleep last night due to my brain torturing me 😂 x

Aww don't worry at all, be grateful. The midwife will regularly measure your "fundal height" and unless she refers you there's nothing to worry about and a lot to be grateful for. Your bump is looking neat and lovely. The actual prego look just slowly creeps up on you... give it another month!

MissYeti · 20/03/2018 16:23

I'm 35+1 now :) expecting to look like a small hippo by the time I give birth!

LucyLou19 · 20/03/2018 16:36

Wow I would of said that's a big bump for your gestation!xx

El1995 · 20/03/2018 16:39

I didn't get a proper bump until atleast 7-8 (30 +ish weeks) months, before that I was just all squishy and looked like I'd eaten a rather large dinner instead of harboring a baby 😁

Katyx3 · 20/03/2018 19:33

Do you think so Lucy?
Thanks everyone 😘 x

BuzzKillington · 20/03/2018 20:31
