Just had 12 week scan but can't see placenta?

I had my 12w scan this morning, got home and was reading through their findings during my scan.
I don't see anything about where my placenta is? With my 1st pregnancy I had information written about what my placenta was.
But none in this one? Can anyone shed some light as to why? Do I even have a placenta??

Don't worry. You get details of placental position at your detailed scan.

Notes from my first scan say - fetus normal, scan complete. Said nothing about placenta or anything else really.

My second scan had all the information on. You have a placenta, if not they would 100% of told you. Pretty sure placenta takes over once the yolk sac is gone as it I'd needed to nourish baby.

I didn’t get any info on placenta positioning at my 12 week scan this time around either. They did note it at the 20 week scan.

My first pregnancy I was scanned at a different hospital and they notes the placenta position at the 12 week scan. I guess different hospitals just have different policies.
