Labour?

Morning, im a first time mum so could be excited and over thinking things for no reason. Im 38 weeks exactly, Yesterday my mucus plug went (sorry tmi) and this morning I have the worst back ache thats making me feel sick and its extremely difficult to move with how much it hurts.

Could this be the start of labour?Confused

Could well be, but it could last a while (my early labour lasted 3 solid days), so look after yourself, and get plenty of rest. Good luck!

Its only my lower back. Ive had it on and off for a few days but it normally goes after 10-20 minutes but today it just isnt budging
