Early pregnancy

So I am due my period tomorrow. I took a cheap clear and simple pregnancy test this morning which had a faint line. I took a clear blue digital tonight which says 1-2 weeks which I am over the moon about! However I'm worrying as to why the cheap test was so faint and maybe this is going to be a chemical. Any words of wisdom? Thanks

Don't worry about the strength of the line 😊As you are an early tester, the HCG is still low but the fact it was picked up on a digital test (they are always hit and miss when testing early) means it's very much there! My first tests were very faint that I couldn't quite believe it and ended up spending a fortune on tests lol. The hormone will increase the further along you go but dye tests are never an accurate way to monitor levels of HCG. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
