I'm only 24 weeks and in the last week I've noticed my motivation has disappeared apart from going to work I don't want to do nothing, it's been my day off today and all I've done is sleep on and off I don't even have energy to take my dog on a little walk 💤 I used to suffer with very low vitamin D and had to take supplements.
I had my bloods taken when I was around 5 weeks and everything came back normal range.
So I'm wondering can I take an extra iron supplement as well as my prenatal vitamins. And is 2 coffees ok to have a day ? I usually have 1.
Seeing midwife weds but thought I'd ask before
