I'm going to be 7 weeks tomorrow but this week I have had nausea but no vomiting but a couple of times including today I've ran into the bathroom to be sick and tried to get anything to come out (which is flem) I have a feeling there's gonna be vomiting soon, has anyone else had this?

Yes! Most pregnant women have this! A lucky few don't feel sick at all x

I realise now that sounds a stupid question, I've read a lot who just had nausea without vomiting but I haven't read much about nausea turning into vomiting

I had nausea pretty much immediately which turned into vomiting after a few weeks.

By the time I was 12 I was being sick at least ten times a day. Sad

I did have twins though which often makes sickness worse.

Lots of women do only have nausea though so it may not get worse.

Try not to worry about it and eat little and often.

I was being sick from 7w - not everyday, more like every couple of days and it wasn’t all day everyday (the nausea was tho!), it then went to once a week and now I’m 21 weeks and haven’t been sick for 2 weeks so it’s definitely slowing down. I was sick til the end with my little girl but again it slowed down to once every few weeks.
The nausea is still with me every now and again.

In a way I wouldn't mind the vomiting because it's at least a little temporary relief, I'm just sick of the coughing and retching all day until late at night where I feel a little human.

Thanks for the replies guys

nausea is awful I think its much worse than actually throwing up!! I had constant nausea throughout my first trimester with a bit of actual sickness... around a weeks worth of actual vomitting a few times a day. Second trimester Ive only had a few days of nausea and no throwing up at all.... just into my third and I do feel a little more sick but no throwing up yet!!

First baby I had both throwing up and nausea all the way thru bleurgh :-(

I have had nausea since about 7 weeks. I was sick once at 8+3 and I'm now 9+3.
They say that if you eat a lot of fatty foods it can make sickness worse. I had 2 sausage sandwiches, yogurt and ice cream before being sick last week and think it was possibly that combo that made me throw up.
I have been eating ginger biscuits to help with the nausea which I think have helped a bit but it is very mild for me so I feel very lucky and this week I am feeling a lot better and also I think the diet is starting to improve - a week or 2 ago I was eating absolute rubbish and felt sickened by vegetables!
