Bad result NHS - Good Panorama

Hi - I had a 1 in 16 chance of DS from NHS nuchal test.
I've taken the Panorama test from the birth company in London and have been given 'low risk' - less than 1 in 10,000.
I'm so happy BUT can't shake the original statistic from my head.
Does anyone know anything about the Panorama test? I know they claim it's incredibly accurate - I just can't quite believe it

I would trust the Panorama over the NHS screening any day. All the NHS screening does is look at a variety of factors, plugs them into a computer and an algorithm chucks out a risk factor. The Panorama looks at the baby's DNA. It is not diagnostic but it is pretty close. The only way to be 100% certain would be to have an amnio but personally I would be happy to trust the Panorama.

I had the harmony at 10 weeks which gave a low risk result and I subsequently declined the NHS screening because I knew if I got a high risk result it would be really stressful and the Harmony was much more accurate.

Everything points towards your baby being fine, congratulations on your pregnancy!
