Ectopic?

Hello...

First off, I am not TTC (I'm on the Pill and getting pregnant right now would be most unwelcome for various reasons) but I just don't feel right.

I've had horrible cramping, pain when I wee, weirdly textured discharge (no itch/smell), urine dipstick is clear, no chance of any STIs. I have shoulder tip pain and pain up around the kidneys. I'm bloated, my boobs hurt and I'm very tearful (?)

Hard to tell if I've missed a period because my Pill makes them all scatty anyway. I haven't POAS yet because it's just occurred to me that all these weird symptoms I've been having are all textbook ectopic symptoms . Has anyone had similar, and what did it turn out to be? Going to buy a test tomorrow morning.

I know you're worried but until you've done a test you're just guessing which isn't going to get you anywhere. I would buy a test asap. If you're in lots of pain you should call 111 tonight for advice. Could be a kidney infection?

If you have any spotting, fever or vomiting then you definitely need to call for help.

I had symptoms of ectopic pregnancy when I was 6 weeks pregnant. I had lots of strong cramping on one side of abdomen to the point that I couldn't stand up, I was in agony. I called 111 who sent me to an emergency GP appointment and then I was referred to the Early Pregnancy Unit for a scan. Luckily everything was fine.
