37 weeks pregnant and having pains in my lower abdomen, I've had them since Friday. The pain goes on for a couple of hours and then stops, it has little peaks where the pain becomes more intense for 10 seconds but goes back to the constant dull ache. Baby is moving just as much as usual so I'm not worried about him! Just wanted to know if anyone has experienced this pain? Is it just the baby dropping?
