Sugar in urine at 13 weeks

I'm 13+0 weeks today and had my scan this morning. Baby look fine so I am happy Smile
However, they did a urine sample and found sugar in my urine. I have to go for a GTT test in a few weeks. Has anyone ever had gestational diabetes before? Was your baby ok?
I have 3 children and baby number 2 was a big baby. When I was having baby number 3 I had to have a GTT because of ds2 being so big and it came back negative. This time I'm worried that it will come back positive.

Apologies I cannot help you out on this however I'd like to see your answers, I'm 37 weeks today and yesterday at clinic I also had 3+ glucose in my urine however it seemed to get totally ignored!!
