Pregnancy test HELP

Ladies

Iv completed PDG IVF (in vitro fertilization) and today was my test day. I don’t no if I have tested positive or negative?? Some tests state negative but my digital test was positive?

I went to my local woman’s hospital and they made me give a sample which was negative but people have said it will be due to the pee being diluted?

Anyone got any advice on the below images?

Need to add the image lass and if maybe diluted if not first pee of the day.

Funnily enough digital are bad for weird results - think it's the level of Hormone needed for a positive so if that's a clear positive then fingers crossed!!
