what are these pains!? :(

Hi all,

I am 35 weeks pregnant and for a few days now, I have these sort of pains in the middle of my stomach. They sort of feel like period pains and it's a constant dull ache. The pain is from my belly button down to my lady area. After about 30-45 minutes the pain just stops.

Is this normal? has anyone else experienced this?

They could be Braxton Hicks, but you could speak to your mw to double check xo

That is what I thought but I didn't think that BH caused any pain.
