13 weeks gone, and I have had trapped wind for four days... FOUR DAYS...

Well ladies, it ain’t trapped any more! The bath is like a jacuzzi and I’m happy as can be!

Hope I don’t have to surrender this screen name after this tmi silliness, I’m really rather attached to it...

Nearly crying with laughter here . I'm completely the opposite though... total illogical fart shyness!!! I've been in agony with it, but just can't physically bring myself to do it. It was one of my first symptoms that made me think I was pregnant again...Loads of wind..!

Just hope you don't end up with a CS then OP! One of the lesser spoken-of potential after-effects... We didn't know it happens (and therefore normal) until sometime after when another mum mentioned it to me at a playgroup. DH thought it was hilarious and had many jokes about the sheet lifting off me and touching the ceiling [eye roll]

I’m quite possibly going to have a CS.
However, that’s a whole other story of birth trauma and fear and I don’t want to take the ‘wind’ out of the sails of such a good fun thread...

I farted so much when pregnant. In my last trimester I did a rather loud toot in a very quiet office, thankfully my coworkers were too polite to mention it

I'm at the other end of the line. Earlier in the week I thought I was having contractions... nope it was just gas! DH isn't helping by suggesting that actually my (very large) bump is just a giant balloon and making the sound effects to go along with this.

I have found my people! 34 weeks and can’t control them anymore I find the worst time is as soon as I get into a car, my poor husband had driven along many a time with the windows open gagging and I just sit there in complete relief!!

My almost 3 year old has started commenting on my windy releases. Which is quite annoying seeing as she could fart for England!

I did one last night and Dd blames the dog...

I didn’t correct her!
