We opted for the tutti bamboo, but haven't used it yet. Decided on it because the snuzpod was quite small in comparison, and rather heavy. The tutti folds up easily for travel, seemed like it would last longer space wise, and I didn't think I'd use the feature of the removable section of the snuzpod.

We've also chosen the tutti bambini for when bubs arrives, liked the size and ease of mobility plus think it looks nicer!

Brownbear84 · 14/03/2018 11:19

@maincat thankyou! I think we're gonna go for that too, seems a lot bigger doesn't it! Seen it in grey too to match my bedroom haha. Thankyou xx

GloGirl · 14/03/2018 11:21

I haven't seen the other one, it might not have been out when we had our baby but We had the Snuzpod and loved it.

We have gone for Tutti Bambini as well, again due to the size and the fact it looked good for folding down for travel. I also liked the design and look of it. We haven't used it yet though so can't comment on actual use of it.

WasThatPlaceTHESUN · 14/03/2018 14:03

We have the Snuzpod and are really happy with it. My daughter is 4mo and she's quite chunky but still has plenty of room in it, unless you have a very large baby it should do you at least 6 months.

jubbablub · 14/03/2018 16:09

For the reasons above, we’re probably going to get the tutti bambini. We have lots of travel in the first few months, Family who love far away etc. I also just prefer the look of it.

Wuffleflump · 14/03/2018 17:36

Would the tutti bambini be large enough for twins?

Bluebirdsky · 14/03/2018 18:02

Maybe for a little while @Wuffleflump but I am not sure how long, depending on their sizes at birth obviously!

Whichoneisit · 14/03/2018 18:23

Is there a reason you didn’t think about the next to me? I was thinking of getting one but the tutti looks fab!

mommybear1 · 14/03/2018 18:26

We have the snuzpod and love it. PFB is very long at 4 months but will definitely get to 6 months plus with him in it. I liked the design and it fitted in with our bedroom as well Winkalthough the top does come off we haven't really bothered save for a night at a hotel for a wedding it was fab as we literally put all our stuff in the snuzpod and just carried that in no suitcases bags etc. Congratulations on your pregnancy 💐

dinosaurkisses · 14/03/2018 18:35

We got the Tutti in grey- I thought it looked smarter than the Chicco and it was much bigger than the Snuzpod- dd is still comfy in the Tutti at 5.5 months and she’s average sized for her age.

I also liked how it folded down for travel- if truth, we’ve never used it when she’s stayed overnight anywhere else as the bassinet for her pram is safe for over night sleeping! But it will be handy when we go to store it.

Tuckingfypo · 14/03/2018 18:38

We have the Tutti bambini. I'm not entirely sure it was worth it for us. I thought the mattress would be the same height as our mattress which it IS but there is a barrier between the mattress so have to scoop DD up and out instead of sliding her across!

Will try and take a picture when DD isn't glued to my boob!

Tuckingfypo · 14/03/2018 18:44

Not sure if that's the best picture, but you can see there is a drop from the barrier. Not sure if it's because we have it on the lowest height setting but it's annoying because I can't just slide Baby out, I still have to lift her!

DryHeave · 14/03/2018 20:03

We have the Snuzpod - got it second hand for a really good price, so far, very happy with it.

Aspenn17 · 15/03/2018 20:39

We’ve got the tutti, really liked the look of both but we picked the tutti in the end as it’s bigger.

Those who have the tutti- where have you got your sheets from? The branded ones are quite pricey so I was wondering if people had found cheaper options which fit well, preferably fitted instead of flat?

DaddysGirl36 · 15/03/2018 21:07

@Aspenn17 I got mine from Smyths Toys, the white crib sheets in a 2 pack. Although not sure if they are being discontinued as I've struggled to get more than 3 packs, all in different stores and the last two I found were reduced from 9.99 to 7.99. This was just this past week. Good luck. You could try online for them?

Otherwise there were some on Amazon that looked the right size, just compare with the sizes from the Tutti Bambini ones on Mothercare website
