HELP!! Is this scan normal?

I had bloods taken 3 days ago my hcg was 4760 at 5weeks 2 day assuming they're rising is it normal I only seen a sac and yolk sac at my scan today at 5 weeks 5 days?? They aid they were sure they seen baby and heartbeat but not 100%

Mine is 5.5 now

Had similar at 5 weeks.

There's no telling tbh but waiting a fortnight, that's what happened in my case... all was developing normally and a fortnight later I saw and heard clear heartbeat
