Baby Movement

Hello,
I’m a first time mum so wondering what’s normal. At over 13 weeks for a few days I thought I felt flutterings of baby. Felt like a muscle twitch or butterfly’s in there. That happened on and off for a few days. I’m now coming up to 15 weeks and felt nothing for over a week.
I was so sure it was baby which is why I’m so confused. Definitely not gas. Although I know it was early...any advise on what’s normal or what to expect would be appreciated! Getting worried x

Really no need to be worried, baby is so small he/she has probably just changed position so you can't feel it. You don't need to worry about movements until 28 weeks.

Hi I agree with @Namechangemum100 no need to worry about this at all. A lot of mums don't even feel movements until around 16 weeks anyway. Congratulations on your pregnancy 💐

I had this: flutters at 13 weeks, then nothing fit a few weeks, then occasional kicks but not every day. It's not until much later it becomes regular.

Thanks everyone :) that’s really helping!

I felt a few flutters at about 14 weeks and now nothing for ages at 16 weeks. I have an anterior placenta so I was surprised to feel anything so early on.
