Lower right backache 4weeks 5days

Desperate for some reassurance I'm pregnant with my 4th pregnancy.
1 healthy 9 yr old, 2 miscarriages at approx 8 weeks.

New partner and I've just found out I'm pregnant and I'm terrified I started with a slight niggle yesterday and on and off today, it seems to go down my bum slightly and when I'm sat or lift my leg it aches. When I stand up it seems to go.

Both miscarriages I experienced an intense pain in my back approx week before I miscarried I'm worried this is happening again, is anyone experiencing similar, am I miscarrying again

I'm the same, sometimes it's a niggle in my bum either downwards or up to my coxes and sometimes it's a painful shooting pain towards my leg.
I know it's sciatic pain. My chiropractor said I've possibly changed the way I sit to more slouchy or it's things moving around and the muscles relaxing or a combination that's pinching the nerve.
I feel it when I'm walking or when I change position quickly.
She's shown me some stretches to keep doing.
I'm 13 weeks x

I feel as though it is sciatic and all the signs point to that, I know I am being oversensitive and anxious but I'm just terrified.
