Hi there,
A 5 cm submucosal fibroid was found during my 12 weeks scan. I will be seeing n NHS Consultan in my 16th week. I was told that there will be no scan involved and we would just discuss the fibroid.
It seems strange to be discussing the fibroid without knowing if it has grown since my last scan.
Has anyone seen a Consultant because of a fibroid and did you have a scan during your appointment?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
