So I’ve had lots of BH for weeks, not bothered me too much but last night woke up at 4am with quite painful ones. I couldn’t go back to sleep so went downstairs and sat on my birthing ball for a while, they carried on and at the peak of them I started to feel tingly all over, most of the pain is in the top of my bump but when they peak I feel a lot in my thighs and lower bump. Carried on until 6am, thought I may be dehydrated so had 2 pints of water and they stopped, was able to sleep until 7am and then started again. Drank some more water and they’ve died down but started to feel them build again. Should I be worried? I’m 32 weeks. 2nd baby but last one was elective c section so I’ve never experienced labour. My bumps not dropped yet so think I may be overreacting?

Call the labour ward. It's probably nothing but best to get checked out.

I feel like I’m just being silly, not sure if I’m feeling anxious and tensing and that’s making a difference, or if he’s just sat on a nerve. It’s meant to be my first day back at work after 4 weeks off sick (working from home his morning)
